Issue:

Keeping and then disseminating “secure information” within a large legal office is becoming close to impossible to secure and assure only the “right eyes” see specific content.

Solution:

By placing a ZorID™; tag onto the master file, legal clerks can scan and authenticate file material and when provided to other staff, require they read the tag to accept the passage of the asset and also show the time and date of the occurrence. In addition, those outsiders that may wish access may be restricted by the level of clearance required. Whether staff or client, they may be required to authenticate their personal information to determine accessibility. Here again, the ZorID™ is being used as a digital key to access the information.
